These terms cover the Corto app for iPhone and iPad, this website (play-corto.com) and Corto's official social media accounts. By using any of them you agree to these terms. Corto is made by an independent developer in the Netherlands.
Corto is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement). These terms add to that agreement and do not replace it. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
Packs and bundles are one-time purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple handles payment, receipts and refunds under its own terms. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices with Restore Purchases in the app's settings. Corto has no subscriptions.
Leaderboards and head-to-head matches run on Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. Play fair: do not cheat, exploit bugs or harass other players. We may remove scores that are clearly not the result of normal play.
Maps are provided by Apple Maps. We work hard to keep places, answers and facts correct, but geography changes and mistakes happen. Corto is a game, not a reference work, and should not be used for navigation. If you spot an error, tell us at support@play-corto.com.
The Corto name, logo, artwork, pack designs, questions and videos belong to us. You may share screenshots and clips of your own games, including on social media. You may not copy or resell Corto's content or pass it off as your own.
Corto publishes short videos and posts on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. We prepare this content with our own tools, which upload our own videos to our own accounts: as drafts on TikTok, reviewed and published by a person, and as scheduled videos on our YouTube channel. These tools do not access, collect or post anything on behalf of other users. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
Our YouTube tool, Corto Publisher, uses the YouTube API Services. By watching or interacting with Corto's videos on YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Corto Publisher handles data is set out in the YouTube section of our Privacy Policy.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: the app does not collect your personal data, show ads or track you.
Corto is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, the website or our social content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
These terms are governed by Dutch law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
